Remove the track roller frames. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Remove".

Install Tooling (A) on pivot shaft (1). Attach a suitable lifting device to the upper link bracket of Tooling (A). The weight of half of pivot shaft (1) is approximately 145 kg (320 lb).
Attach Tooling (B) to the other link bracket of Tooling (A). Attach the other end of Tooling (B) to a stationary object.

Use the suitable lifting device to remove pivot shaft (1) halfway from the machine. Do not remove pivot shaft (1) from the machine at this time. Reposition the suitable lifting device on pivot shaft (1). The weight of pivot shaft (1) is approximately 290 kg (640 lb). Remove Pivot Shaft Bearing

Use Tooling (C) to remove pivot shaft bearing (2) from main frame (3). Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (D) to install pivot shaft bearing (2) into main frame (3). Install the Pivot Shaft

Attach a suitable lifting device to pivot shaft (1). Install pivot shaft (1) into the main frame. Slide pivot shaft (1) into the main frame until pivot shaft (1) extends equally on both sides. End By:
Install the track roller frames. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Install".
