Loosen clamp (17). Remove hose (16) from adapter (15). Plug hose with Tool (R) to limit oil leakage.
Remove adapter (12) from tee (14). Remove adapter (15) from the tee.
Remove tee (14) from the vibratory motor.
Install adapter (12) in tee (14). Install adapter (15) in the tee.
Remove Tool (R) from hose (11). Install hose on adapter (12). Tighten clamp (13) on the hose and the adapter.
Remove Tool (R) from hose (16). Install the hose on adapter (15). Tighten clamp (17) on the hose and the adapter.
Install Tool (H) in the case drain port in the motor. Install Tool (J) in branch of tee (14).
Connect Tool (E) on inlet side of Tool (B) to Tool (H). Connect Tool (E) on outlet side of Tool (B) to Tool (J).
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Place the engine in high idle.
Operate the hydraulic system until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature of 45 °C (113 °F).
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.

Use vibratory frequency switch (18) to set the vibratory system in the low frequency/high amplitude mode on both drums.Note: Two things indicate when the vibratory system is in the low frequency/high amplitude mode. First, "low frequency" will appear on the display. Second, one LED next to vibratory frequency switch (18) will be illuminated.

If necessary, use drum select switch (19) to select both drums.Note: Two things indicate when the machine is in both drums mode. First, "Vibe Drum Select Dual" will appear on the display. Second, both LEDs next to drum select switch (19) will be illuminated.
Set the vibratory system in the manual mode.

Select "Main Menu" (20) on the machine display.

Press vibratory control switch (29) on the propel lever. The vibratory control switch must be held in the ON position for at least 2 seconds for the vibratory system to actuate.
Read flow on Tool (B). The flow should be between 3. L/min (0.9 U.S. gal/min) to 9 L/min (2.3 US gpm).Note: Motor case drain flow cannot be adjusted. If the case drain flow is greater than 9 L/min (2.3 U.S. gal/min), determine the source of excess flow and repair. If the flow is less than 3.5 L/min (0.9 U.S. gal/min), inspect the flushing valve and orifices.
