Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Before Chassis Harness Failure Procedure:
1. Remove the tie strap securing the 438-8571 Harness to the 426-8967 Bracket. Refer to Image1.1.1.
2. Add a 372-7358 Clip, 5W-1417 Washer, 8T-4138 Bolt, and 129-3178 LockNut in order to secure the harness to the bracket. Refer to Image1.1.2.
3. Secure the unused connectors with a 3S-2093 Cable Strap, if necessary, depending on configuration. Refer to Image1.1.2.
After Chassis Harness Failure Procedure:
If the 438-8571 Chassis Harness Assembly has failed, replace the harness assembly and perform only Steps 2 and 3 of the Before Failure Procedure above.
