Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use Tooling (A) in order to install lip seals (5) into regulator housing assembly (2). Install each lip seal with the lip toward the inside of regulator housing assembly (2). Install each lip seal to the bottom of the bore of the housing assembly. Apply liquid soap on the lips of the seals.
Ensure that the mating surfaces on regulator housing assembly (2) are clean and install water temperature regulators (4) in regulator housing assembly (2).
Ensure that the mating surface of adapter (3) is clean. Install a new gasket and install adapter (3) on regulator housing assembly (2).
Ensure that the mating surface of adapter (1) is clean. Install a new gasket and install adapter (1) on regulator housing assembly (2). End By:
Install the remote water temperature regulator housing. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Remote Water Temperature Regulator Housing - Install".
