Standard Version: Connect one end of 163-0654 Hose As (14) to the connector on the right hand side of the lube distribution valve (1) .High Lift Version:Connect one end of 070-0013 Hose As (18) to the connector on the right hand side of the lube distribution valve (1) .
Standard Version: Connect the opposite end of 163-0654 Hose As (14) to the connector on the right hand side of the lube distribution valve (15) that is located on the lift arm.High Lift Version: Connect the opposite end of 070-0013 Hose As (18) to the connector on the right hand side of the lube distribution valve (15) that is located on the lift arm.
Connect the straight end of 163-0655 Hose As (16) to the connector on the left hand side of the lube distribution valve (15) that is located on the lift arm.
Connect the opposite end of 163-0655 Hose As (16) to the connector on the left hand side of the lube distribution valve (17) that is located on the tilt lever.
Use the following hardware in order to secure 163-0654 Hose As (16) or 070-0013 Hose As (18) to the lift arm:
Four 8T-4896 Hard Washers (7)
Four 1S-0994 Clips (8)
Two 5M-3062 Bolts (9)
Two 6V-8801 Nuts (10)
Use the following hardware in order to secure the 163-0655 Hose As (16) to the crossmember:
One 5P-7854 Clip (13)
One 6V-8801 Nut (10)
One 8T-4896 Hard Washer (7)
Connect one end of 164-9319 Hose As (17) to the port on the grease pump.

Thread the hose assembly (19) through the grommet (20). Connect the opposite end of hose assembly (19) to the left connector on the lube distribution valve that is located on the rear frame.
Use the following hardware in order to secure hose assembly (19) to the frame:
One 8T-4896 Hard Washer (7)
One 1S-0994 Clip (8)
One 5M-3062 Bolt (9) Installation of 163-0645 Central Lubrication Lines Gp

Connect the straight end of 166-2053 Hose As (1) to the inlet port on the grease pump.

Use the following parts in order to connect the opposite end of hose assembly (1) to the connector port on the pilot oil manifold:
One 8C-7309 Adapter (2)
One 6V-8935 O-Ring Reducer (3)
One 4J-5477 O-Ring Seal (4)
One 6V-8554 Face Seal Nut (5)
One 148-8444 Tee (6)
Connect one end of 166-2054 Hose As (7) to the pressure gauge connection on the grease pump.
Install one 4P-0947 Grommet (8) into the frame.
Thread the hose assembly (7) through the grommet (8). Use the following hardware in order to connect the hose assembly (7) to the hydraulic tank:
One 107-3877 Connector (9)
One 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (10)
One 150-4050 Elbow (11)
One 164-5602 Plug (12)
Use 3S-2093 Cable Straps (13) in order to secure the hose assemblies.
