TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Remove plug in pump inlet line (3). Drain oil from pump.2. Disconnect steering drag link (5).3. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (1). Remove transmission oil cooler return line (2).4. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (6).5. Remove small pump section outlet line (4).6. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (not shown). Remove pump inlet line (3). 7. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (not shown). Remove large pump section outlet line (9).8. Fasten hoist to pump or use two persons to remove pump. Remove two bolts and lockwashers (7). Remove pump (8). Weight is approximately 60 lb. (27 kg). Put hydraulic oil in pump and turn the drive shaft. This will permit the pump to pull oil into the system.9. Put pump (8) in position and install two lockwashers and bolts (7).10. Install large pump section outlet line (9). Install four lockwashers and bolts.11. Install pump inlet line (3). Install four lockwashers and bolts.12. Install small pump section outlet line (4). Install four lockwashers and bolts (6).13. Install transmission oil cooler return line (2). Install four lockwashers and bolts (1).14. Connect steering drag link (5).15. Install plug in pump inlet line (3).
