Removal Procedure
Open the left side engine door.

Disconnect hose assembly (1) and remove hose assembly (2) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (3)
Remove bolts (5) and remove fuel manifold (4) .

Remove fuel pressure sensor (7). Remove fitting (8) and remove manifold filter fitting (9) .
Loosen cartridge assembly (11) and remove solenoid assembly (6) .
Remove nut (14), washer (13), and coil (12) .
Remove O-ring seals (10) from cartridge assembly (11) .Installation Procedure
Install fuel manifold (4) in the reverse order.
Tighten cartridge assembly (11) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Tighten nut (14) to a torque of 20 2.5 N m (177 22 lb in).
Tighten manifold filter fitting (9) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft)
Tighten fitting (8) to a torque of 17 1.5 N m (150 13 lb in)
Tighten fuel pressure sensor (7) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).
Tighten hose assembly (1) to a torque of 27 3 N m (239 27 lb in).
