Position parking brake cable (31). Install cotter pin (27) on parking brake lever (28). Install the bolt and washer (30) and tighten nut (29) .

Connect battery cable (24) to the battery box. Connect wire harness (25) and (26) to the connector.

Connect wire harnesses (22) and (23) to the connectors.

Check the O-ring seals for wear or damage. If necessary, replace the seal. Connect seven hose assemblies (21) .

Install floorplate (20) and install ten bolts and washers (19) .

Install floormat (17) and barrier (18) to the cab floor.

Install the front floormat in the cab. Install left side retainer plate (16) to the left side of the cab floor. Install two screws (15) .

Position the governor control cable (13) and tighten nut (14). Install the cotter pin and linkage pin (12) on the end of the governor control cable (13) .

Position the positive battery cable (11). Install two tie straps (8). Connect the ground strap and ground wires (10). Install bolt (9) .

Install cover (7). Install two bolts and washers (6) .

Connect the two air conditioning lines (4) and (5). The lines are located at the bottom left side of the cab. Check the seals for wear or damage. If necessary, replace the seals.

Install all the tie straps (3) that hold the heater hose assembly (1) and (2) to the machine.

Install heater hoses (1) and (2). Open the heater hose valves. Lift the hood and release the safety lock.
Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7204, "Cooling System Level - Check" for the correct procedure.End By: Install the sheet metal. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Covers - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
