Governor control linkage (4) Governor lever (5) Rod end (6) Rod
Rotate rod end (5) clockwise for an additional two full turns in order to engage the overtravel spring of the governor control in HIGH IDLE.
Adjust rod ends (8) and (12) so that rod (10) fits freely between lever (7) and underspeed override valve lever (13). The underspeed override valve lever is located on the back left side of the hydrostatic transmission. The underspeed override valve lever is connected to rod end (12) .
Underspeed override valve lever (13) has an internal spring bumper inside the hydrostatic transmission.
The underspeed override valve lever must be held against this spring bumper.

When the governor control linkage and the linkage for the underspeed override valve are adjusted correctly, tighten the locknuts.Note: Use caution in order to not compress the internal bumper spring.Steer Control Linkage Adjustment

Adjust zero steer adjustment screw (2) in order to attain dimension (A) of 91 2 mm (3.58 0.08 inch).
If necessary, loosen bolt (1) on one pedal. Adjust the pedal angle so that both of the angles are the same angle.
Lift up steering lever (5) until contact is felt.
Hold the lever in this position and adjust rod end (4) until pin (6) fits freely into rod end (4) and lever (5) .
Increase the length of rod (3) by turning rod end (4) counterclockwise for an additional three turns.
Install pin (6) and tighten the nut on rod end (4) .
Perform Step 3 for the following components: rod (7), rod end (8), pin (9) and lever (10) .

Turn plunger assembly (2) counterclockwise until the plunger assembly is even with the bottom of brake pedal (1) .
Adjust setscrew (5) until dimension (A) equals 160 5 mm (6.3 0.2 inch). Lock setscrew (5) with locknut (4) .
Install bolt (8) through the lever for brake valve spool (9) into the tapped
