Removal Procedure
Drain the engine coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Remove the belt for the fan drive. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".

Remove clamp (1) and cable strap (3). Disconnect hoses (2), (4), and (5) .

Loosen bolts (8). Remove bolts (6) and upper fan guard (7) .

Remove bolts (9). Remove fan (10) and hubs (11) .

Remove bolts (12) and lower fan guard (13). Remove pulley (14). Installation Procedure

Install pulley (14). Install lower fan guard (13) and bolts (12) .

Install hubs (11) and fan (10). Install bolts (9).

Install upper fan guard (7) and bolts (6). Tighten bolts (8) .

Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
