4 2 457-8759 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
5 1 7Y-1650 Hose Clamp Torque to 5.4 0.5 N m (47.8 4.4 lb in).
6 8 455-3798 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 37 4 N m (27 3 lb ft).
7 1 7Y-1095 Dowel Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to dowel holes.
8 - - Before assembly, apply sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and upper frame assembly. Apply sealant between the mating surfaces of the gear group and carbody assembly. Sealant must be applied to each inward mating surface from bolt hole pitch circle diameter and keep tracking continuously.
9 4 455-3798 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
10 15 353-1660 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from bolts, washers and female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to the threads.
Do not apply Anti-seize Compound to the seats of the bolts or to the washer faces.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
11 46 112-1531 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from bolts, washers and female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to the threads.
Do not apply Anti-seize Compound to the seats of the bolts or to the washer faces.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
12 31 141-6373 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from bolts, washers and female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize Compound to the threads.
Do not apply Anti-seize Compound to the seats of the bolts or to the washer faces.
Torque to 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).
