Removal Procedure
At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure.Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure.
Note: Install a cap or a plug on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes in order to prevent foreign materials from entering the system.
Remove the floorplate.
Make sure that the weight of the ripper and the bulldozer blade is lowered to the ground. Relieve the pressure in the hydraulic system. Move the control lever to the FLOAT position.
Slowly loosen the cap on the hydraulic tank in order to release the pressure in the tank. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (2), and (3).
Remove four bolts (4) and the washers that secure manifold (5) to the pump.

Install a suitable lifting strap to pump (7), as shown.
Remove two mounting bolts (6) and the washers. Remove pump (7). The weight of the implement pump is 78 kg (172 lb).
