Ladder Position Solenoid Valve (1) Line from the travel parking brake dual pressure control valve (2) Line to the load sensing signal relief valve and travel brakes (3) Solenoid valve (ladder position)The ladder position solenoid valve (3) is located to the right of the pilot manifold in the cab support.Pilot pressure from the travel parking brake dual pressure control valve in the pilot manifold flows to the ladder position solenoid valve (3) through line (1). When the ladder is in the UP position the ladder position switch sends a signal to the machine control module. The machine control module sends a signal which energizes the ladder position solenoid valve (3). When the ladder position solenoid valve (3) is energized, pilot oil flows to the load sensing signal relief valve and the travel parking brakes through line (2). The travel parking brakes will not release and the machine can not be moved if the ladder position solenoid valve (3) is not energized.
