Right Side of Machine (1) Hydraulic oil filterHydraulic oil filter (1) is installed in the top of the hydraulic oil tank. The right top deck cover provides access to this component.Hydraulic oil filter (1) is a combined suction and return filter. Oil from the oil cooler bypass manifold is directed to this filter. The propel charge pumps draw oil from the outlet side of the filter.

Center of Machine (2) Oil cooler bypass manifold (3) Port "FC" (4) Port "TC" (5) Port "C" (6) Port "D" (7) Port "E" (8) Port "F" (9) Port "T"Oil cooler bypass manifold (2) is located in the center of the machine at the rear of the engine. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. The combined return oil from the connected hydraulic systems is sent out port "TC" (4) of oil cooler bypass manifold (2), to the oil cooler. In this case, the oil is cooled and returned to the manifold at port "FC" (3). Cooled oil is directed out port "T" (9) of the manifold to the combined suction and return filter.Oil cooler bypass manifold (2) receives return oil from the following propel system hydraulic components:
Right propel motor case drain port "C" (5)
Left propel motor case drain port "D" (6)
Right propel pump case drain port "E" (7)
Left propel pump case drain port "F" (8)

Left Side of Machine (10) Auxiliary manifoldAuxiliary manifold (10) is located on the left side of the machine. The door on the left side of the machine provides access to this component. The ports on the manifold are labeled for identification.Note: Not all functions of auxiliary manifold (10) will be discussed in this section. Functions that are not directly related to the propel systems are discussed in the appropriate sections of this document.

Bottom of Auxiliary Manifold (11) Parking brake solenoid (12) Shift solenoidParking brake solenoid (11) and shift solenoid (12) are located on the bottom of auxiliary manifold (10). Parking brake solenoid (11) must be energized in order to release the parking brakes. When shift solenoid (12) is energized, the machine operates in the travel speed range.

Left Side of Machine (13) Brake release manifold (14) Hand pump (15) Needle valve (16) Brake release pressure switch (17) Pressure tap port "B"Brake release manifold (13) is located on the left side of the machine under the left operator platform. The door on the left side of the machine provides access to this component.Brake release manifold (13) contains the following: hand pump (14), needle valve (15) and brake release pressure switch (16). When the needle valve is closed, the hand pump can be used to manually release the parking brakes.Brake release pressure switch (16) provides an input signal to the machine electronic control system.
