Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Check the condition of the five gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.

Set the five gaskets and the water outlet manifold into position.
Install two bolts (14) .

Install eight bolts and washers (12) .
Connect hose (11) and tighten clamp (10) .

Connect the electrical connector (9) .
Install the bolt (8) and the washer.

Install sensors (4) and (5) for clearance.
Connect two electrical connectors (6) .

Install the bolt (2) and the washer.
Install pipe (1) and tube (3) .End By:
Install the water temperature regulator.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
