Before assembly, coat all bores for the pins and the sealing lips with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge. After assembly, apply black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to all joints from the fittings.
1 As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 0.6 mm (0.02 inch):
1 175-1794 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 175-1795 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
2 1 266-4064 Pin As Diameter is 39.936 to 39.975 mm (1.5723 to 1.5738 inch).
3 As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 0.6 mm (0.02 inch):
1 175-1794 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 175-1795 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
4 1 266-4106 Pin As Diameter is 39.936 to 39.975 mm (1.5723 to 1.5738 inch).
5 As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 0.6 mm (0.02 inch):

7 6 265-8715 Bushing Before assembly, all bores must be free from paint and grease. After assembly, coat all the bores with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
Bore diameter before assembly is 40.205 0.015 mm (1.5829 0.0006 inch).
Installation depth is 5.0 0.5 mm (0.20 0.02 inch).
8 6 093-1429 Lip Type Seal Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lips with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install the dust seal so that the lip faces outside, as shown.
9 3 8T-4137 Bolt Torque to 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
