When reporting the repair, use "PS40004" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

For 9YF and 3TZ, make (4) Triangular Gussets (See Illustraiton 1). Make (3) Rectangular Gussets (See Illustration 2). For 3TZ only, make (1) Sheet (See Illustration 3). All dimensions in millimeters. The gussets and sheet should be fabricated from mild steel.

For left platform, weld (2) triangular gussets into place. For 3TZ also weld (1) sheet into place. (See Illustrations 4-6.) Use E7018 or equivalent welding electrodes or equivalent for all welding.
