Disassemble Automatic Timing Advance
start by:a) remove automatic timing advance 1. Remove retainer ring (2). Remove gear (1) from flange. 2. Remove springs (3) and counterweights (4) from the flange.3. Remove slides from dowels on the flange.Assemble Automatic Timing Advance
1. Install slides (2) on the dowels of flange (3).2. Put clean SAE 30 oil on the slides and counterweights. Install the counterweights (1) on the flange. 3. Install springs (4).4. Install the gear on the flange assembly. Install retainer ring (5) that holds the gear to the flange assembly.end by:a) install automatic timing advanceRemove Fuel Ratio Control (If So Equipped)
1. Disconnect line (2) from fuel ratio control. Remove wire seal (1) from bolts.2. Remove two bolts (4) and remove fuel ratio control (3) by pulling down and out from collar.Install Fuel Ratio Control (If So Equipped)
1. Put fuel ratio control on governor. Be sure bolt (2) of fuel ratio control is connected in groove of collar (1).2. Use 9S3263 Thread Lock and install two bolts that hold fuel ratio control on governor.3. Connect the line to fuel ratio control.4. Install a wire seal on the bolts.
