Install flange (34). Install wear sleeve (31). Remove tool (E) and tool (F).

Install twenty bolts and washers (32). Tighten bolts (32) to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft).
Install twelve bolts (29). Tighten twelve bolts (29) to a torque of 105 15 N m (77 11 lb ft).

Install two O-ring seals (28) on support (27).

Install flange (27) on the torque divider. Install eight bolts and washers (25). Tighten bolts (25) to a torque of 105 15 N m (77 11 lb ft).

Case (24) weighs 69.4 kg (153 lb). Use a hoist to position case (24) on the torque divider.
Install seven bolts and washers (22).

If race (21) was removed, heat race (21) to a temperature of 135 °C (275 °F). Install race (21) on shaft (18).

Install seal ring (20) on shaft (18). Heat bearing (19) to a temperature of 135 °C (275 °F). Install bearing (19) on shaft (18).
Use a hoist to place the torque divider in an upright position.

Install shaft (18). Use tool (B) in order to install retaining ring (17).

Install lip seal (16) until lip seal (16) is flush with support (27). Lubricate the sealing lips of lip seal (16) with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install sensor (15) and tighten locknut (14). Install the clip, the washer, and the bolt (15).

Install yoke (12), the O-ring seal, retainer (11), and bolt (10). Tighten bolt (10) to a torque of 120 15 N m (89 11 lb ft).

Position bearing (8) in gear (5).
Position gear (5) in the planetary carrier. Position washers (6) and (7) on each side of gear (5).
Install shaft (9). Align the hole in shaft (9) with the hole in the carrier. Install the pin in the carrier and shaft (9).
Repeat steps 42 through 44 for the two remaining shafts.
