Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the ripper diverter valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper Diverter Valve - Remove".

Note: Note the orientation of the fittings for assembly purposes.
Remove tube assembly (1). Remove nipple assembly (2) and O-ring seal (5). Remove fitting (7) and O-ring seals (3). Remove fitting (8) and O-ring seals (4). Remove fitting (9) and O-ring seals (12). Remove bolts (10) and remove valve group (11). Remove O-ring seal (6) .

Remove nut (18). Remove washer (17). Remove coil assembly (16). Remove cartridge assembly (15) from valve (13). Remove O-ring seals (14) from cartridge assembly (15) .

Remove bolts (21) and cover (20). Remove spool assembly (19) from valve (13) .

Remove O-ring seals (22) and (23). Remove sleeve (24) from spool assembly (19) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove bolt (31), retainer (30), washer (29), spring (28), spring (27), spring (26), and washer (25) from spool assembly (19) .
