Problem
Certain 3T3133 Switch Assemblies in parts stock with date codes prior to 321 may not have the terminal plate properly crimped.
Action Required
Remove all 3T3133 Switch Assemblies from parts stock that have a date code of 321 (32nd week of 1991) or earlier stamped on the barrel of the switch.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 3T3133 Switch Assemblies removed from parts stock.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
