Attach a suitable lifting device to spider assembly (17). The weight of spider assembly (17) is approximately 240 kg (530 lb).
Install bolts (16) .

Attach Tooling (A) to fan assembly (15). The weight of fan assembly is approximately 714 kg (1574 lb).
Install fan assembly (15) .

Install hose (14) .

Position harness assembly (12). Secure harness assembly (12) with harness clips (13) .

Install sensor (11). Install sensor (11) until the sensor makes contact with the gear. Rotate sensor (11) counterclockwise by a half turn. Tighten the locknut to a torque of 22 5 N m (195 44 lb in).

Install cover (10) .

Install tube assembly (9) and install clamp (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to panel (6). The weight of panel (6) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).
Install panel (6) and install bolts (7) .

Position hinge (4) and install nut (5). Repeat for each additional hinge.

Install tube assembly (2) and install clamp (1) .End By: Install the radiator module. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Module - Install".
