PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR 2T372 TUBE IN EJECTOR LINES GROUP ON 615 SCRAPER, 5057, 5305, 6203, PS4017 U-66 A-34.3 AU-52 C-52.1 O-38 This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4017" as Part Number and "7755" as Group Number. Termination Date
August 31, 1986.
Problem
The 2T372 Tube Assembly in the ejector lines group may fail due to vibration. A new 2T1984 Tube Assembly is used in production. The new tube has a thicker wall, and the position of one clamp has been changed. This Program also requires changing two hose assemblies because a different type of connection is used at the tube assembly.

If the 2T372 Tube Assembly is replaced, follow the attached Procedure for replacement: WARRANTY ALLOWANCES (SEE ILLUSTRATION)
Parts Disposition
Dispose of the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. REPAIR PROCEDURE FOR 2T372 TUBE 1. Fabricate a plate from mild steel per Illustration 1. ILLUSTRATION 1 (SEE ILLUSTRATION) 2. To prepare for tube replacement, first do the following: Move ejector half way forward. Relieve pressure at hydraulic tank. Remove 2T100 Plate (rear deck cover). Remove 2T98 Guard Assembly (above tire on right side) under 2T372 Tube Assembly. Remove fuel lines (2T937 and 2T936 Tube Assemblies). 3. Disconnect 308167 Hose Assembly (5) from 2T372 Tube Assembly (7). See Illustration 2. Keep other end of 308167 Hose Assembly attached. ILLUSTRATION 2 (SEE ILLUSTRATION) 4. Remove clamps (6, 9) from 2T372 Tube Assembly. See Illustration 2. Clamps (9) will be used again. Some parts of clamp (6) will also be used again. 5. Remove 2T493 Hose Assembly (2) and 5S9227 Hose Assembly (4). Remove 2T372 Tube Assembly (7). 6. Remove 88381 Elbow and 3D2824 Seal (1). Install new 3D2824 Seal and 6V9007 Elbow. Refer to Chart A for all replacement parts. The pin at the head end of the ejector cylinder may have to be removed and the end
