1. Lift the front of the machine until the tires are off the ground. Install tooling (A) under the front of the machine.2. Fasten a hoist to the front wheel and tire. Remove nuts (2) and washers.3. Remove front wheel (1). Weight is 1000 lb. (454 kg).Install Front Wheels
1. Fasten a hoist to front wheel (1). Put the front wheel in position on the wheel spindle. The weight of the front wheel is approximately 1000 lb. (454 kg).2. Install the washers and nuts that hold the front wheel in position. Use tool (A) to tighten the nuts to a torque of 950 50 lb.ft. (1288 68 N m).3. Lift the front of the machine and remove tooling (B). Lower the machine to the ground.
