Install Fuel Injection Lines
1. Put the fuel lines in position on the engine. Remove the protection covers from the fuel line connections. Connect the fuel injection lines to the fuel injection pump housing and the cylinder head. Tighten the fuel line nuts to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40 7 N m) with tool (A). 2. Install three clamps (1) on the cylinder head with bolts and lockwashers. Install bracket (2) on the governor with two bolts and lockwashers. 3. Install line (4) on block (3) and block (7). Connect two lines (5) to block (3) and the fuel injection pump.4. Install three clamps (6) on the bracket with a bolt and nut. 5. Connect line (10) to fuel filter base (9) and fuel transfer pump (8).
