Position flood lamp (28) for installation. Install two bolts (27) (not shown) and the washers.
Connect wiring harness (26) at the electrical connection.
Repeat Step 9 and Step 10 for the remaining flood lamp.

Attach a suitable sling to guard assembly (24). Attach the other end of the suitable lifting sling to a hoist. Position the guard assembly for installation.
Install four bolts (25), the washers, and the mounts.

Connect wiring harness (22) at the electrical connection.
Install new tie strap (23) .

Connect hose assembly (20) and hose assembly (21) .

Connect hose assembly (17), hose assembly (18), and hose assembly (19) .

Install tube assembly (11) and the manifold as a unit.Note: The manifold is on the bottom of the tube assembly. The manifold is not shown.

Position bracket (9) for installation. Install two bolts (8) and the washers.
Connect hose assembly (6) and hose assembly (7) .

Install drain plug (1) and the O-ring seal. Tighten the drain plug to a torque of 68 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).
Refill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" for the correct procedure to fill the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 723 L (191 US gal).

Remove the suitable stands that are under the arm and bearing assembly.End By:
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
Disconnect the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Start the engine and check the level of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System - Pressure Release / Charge".
