View A (1) body down or up switch electronic controlNote: Before making adjustments to body down or up switch electronic control (1), the pad assembly and the shims must be installed and the dump body must be in the DOWN position. Refer to the Hydraulic System Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Pad Assembly (Dump Body) - Install and Adjust" for the proper installation of the pad assemblies.
Use blocking to support the dump body.
When body down or up switch electronic control (1) is positioned higher in the bracket, the body will begin snub mode earlier when the body is lowered. When body down or up switch electronic control (1) is positioned lower in the bracket, the body will begin snub mode later when the body is being lowered.
Remove the blocking.
Lower the dump body onto the frame.
