Condenser (Refrigerant)
If excessively dirty, clean condenser with a brush. To prevent damage or bending of the fins, do not use a stiff brush.Repair the fins if found defective.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Access Doors and Covers" for the location of the service points.

Open the rear access cover on the left rear of the machine.
Inspect the condenser for debris. If necessary, clean the condenser.
Use clean water in order to wash off all dust and dirt from the condenser.
Close the access cover. Evaporator and Heater Coils
The evaporator and heater coils are located under the seat in the cab.
Remove the seat from the seat base.
Remove the seat base.
Remove the top cover.

Clean evaporator coil (1) and clean heater coil (2). If necessary, replace both coils.
Install the top cover.
Install the seat base.
Install the seat. Note: If you are operating the machine under harsh conditions or with the cab door open, it may be necessary to clean the coils more often.Radiator and Radiator Core

Open the side access door on the left rear of the machine. Open the side access door on the right rear of the machine.
Open the rear access door. Note: Do not raise the ripper or operate the machine when the rear access door is open.
Remove any dirt from the area around the radiator. Remove any debris from the area around the radiator.
Close the side access doors.
Close the rear access door. You can use compressed air, high pressure water, or steam to remove dust and other debris from the radiator core. However, the use of compressed air is preferred.See Special Publication, SEBD0518, "Know Your Cooling System" for the complete procedure for cleaning the radiator core.
