Rework Procedure
1. Loosen bolts connected to the front side of console support. Move the console support fully forward. Loosen 4?9X-2043 screws joining the console and console support in the front on both sides.

2. Loosen bolts connected to the rear side of the console support. Loosen 4?9X-2043 screws joining the console and console support in the rear on both sides.

3. Loosen bolts connected to the front side of the seat slide rail. Loosen 2?245-7899 screws joining the seat and seat support in the front on both sides.

4. Loosen bolts connected to the rear side of the seat slide rail. Loosen 2?245-7899 screws joining the seat and seat support in the rear on both sides.

5. Remove 305-0350 former console support. Loosen 4?245-7899 screws joining the console support and seat support.

6. Install 316-8872 new console support kit. Tighten 4x245-7899 screws to a torque of 28 +- 7 Nm.

7. Connect seat slide rail to seat support. Tighten 4?245-7899 screws to a torque of 28 +- 7 Nm.

8. Connect both consoles to console support. Tighten 8?9X-2043 screws to a torque of 12 +- 3 Nm for RH & LH console.
