A - LOCTITE 5900 Flange Sealant 1 Start By:
Remove the engine support.
Remove the crankshaft front seal and the wear sleeve.
Remove the water pump.
Remove the alternator and bracket.

Remove camshaft speed sensor (2).
Remove locknut (1) and bolts (5).
Remove bolts (4) and remove timing gear cover (3) Installation Procedure
Install timing gear cover (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Before installing bolts (5), apply Tooling (D) to the corners of the oil pan. Refer to the Disassemble and Assemble , "Oil Pan - Remove and Install" for further instructions.
Lubricate the bore of camshaft speed sensor (2) with the lubricant that is being sealed. Tighten camshaft speed sensor (2) to a torque of 14 3 N m (124 27 lb in).
