1 2 191-2543 Pin Diameter is 20.029 0.007 mm (0.7885 0.0003 inch).
Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound.
2 32 461-3872 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to the threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 90 15 N m (66 11 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 60 5 degrees.
3 - - Prior to assembly, the surfaces must be clean and free of any protective coating.
4 1 5D-1026 Band Clamp Torque to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
5 1 8T-4191 Bolt Torque to 60 12 N m (44 9 lb ft).
6 - - Prior to assembly into the upper frame, coat the mating surfaces with 8C-8422 Sealant.
7 14 461-3872 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to the threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 90 15 N m (66 11 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 55 5 degrees.
