Use the following procedure in order to fine tune the secondary conveyor.Note: The following procedure pertains to the PM-565B (S/N: 8GS210-UP) machines only.
If the belt is tracking to the left, lengthen the left tensioner. If the belt is tracking to the right, lengthen the right tensioner.
Loosen jam nut (4) on tensioner (5) for the tail pulley.
Rotate adjuster (6) counterclockwise.
Use half turns in order to adjust the tensioner.
Adjust the tensioner until the belt is tracking in the center of the tail pulley.
Tighten jam nut (4) .

Check the tension of the secondary belt. The sag should not exceed 152 mm (6 inches) from the bottom of the conveyor frame. If necessary, adjust both tensioners in order to remove the sag from the belt.Primary Conveyor Adjustment

This photo shows the tensioner on the drive pulley of the primary conveyor on the PM-565B (S/N: 8GS210-UP).
Use the following procedure in order to adjust the primary conveyor on the PM-565.
If the belt is tracking to the left, lengthen the left tensioner. If the belt is tracking to the right, lengthen the right tensioner.
Loosen jam nut (7) on tensioner (8) for the primary conveyor.
Rotate adjuster (9) clockwise.
Use half turns in order to adjust the tensioner.
Adjust the tensioner until the belt is centered on the drive pulley.
Tighten jam nut (7) .

Check the tension of the primary belt. The sag should not exceed 50 mm (2 inches) from the bottom of the conveyor frame. If necessary, adjust both tensioners in order to remove the sag from the belt.Note: The initial adjustments of the conveyors were made without any load on the belts. The belts may require additional adjustment.PM-465 Conveyor Adjustment Procedure
Inspect the position of the conveyor belts on the drive pulleys. The conveyor belts should be centered on the drive pulleys.Secondary Conveyor Adjustment

Use the following procedure in order to adjust the secondary conveyor on the PM-465.
If the belt is tracking to the left, lengthen the left tensioner. If the belt is tracking to the right, lengthen the right tensioner.
Loosen jam nut (10) on tensioner (12).
Rotate adjuster (11) counterclockwise.Note: While you rotate the adjuster counterclockwise, the drive pulley will extend outward.
Use half turns in order to adjust
