Installation Procedure

Place hose (1), bonnet (2), engine oil cooler (3) and a new gasket (4) in position.

Install bolts (5) that hold engine oil cooler (3) to bonnet (6).

Install bolt (7) that holds bonnet (2) to the engine.

Tighten two hose clamps (8).

Connect carburetor control rod (9) to lever (10).
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Reference: For additional information about filling the cooling system, refer to Service Manual, SEBR0513, "Cooling System" for the engine that is being serviced.End By:
Install the oil filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter Base - Install" for the engine that is being serviced.
