CYLINDER BLOCK GP 4P7263 - Caterpillar

1. Remove two bolts (1) and the relief valve and baffle tube as a unit. 2. Remove plug (6), shims (5) and shims (10) from body (3).3. Remove spring (4), rod (9), valve (8), seat (7) and O-ring seal (2) from the body. 4. Remove seat (12), valve (13) and spring (15) from the housing.5. Remove O-ring seal (11) from the seat.6. Remove tube (14) from the housing. 7. Remove two relief valves (16) from the tilt and lift control valve. 8. Remove plug (24), shims (20), spring (23), spring (19), washer (22) and valve (18) from relief valve body (21).9. Remove O-ring seal (17) from the valve body. 10. Remove the four bolts and make-up valve body (25) and two O-ring seals. 11. Remove plug (29) and O-ring seal (28) from the valve body. Remove spring (27) and valve spool (26) from valve body (25). 12. Remove plug (31) and the O-ring seal.13. Remove three bolts (30), plate (32) and two O-ring seals from the valve body. 14. Remove springs (33) and makeup valve (34) from body (35).15. Remove the bolts, valve body (35) and two O-ring seals from the control valve body. 16. Remove two bolts, bracket (36) and the O-ring seal from the valve body. 17. Disconnect two linkages (37) and (38) from their respective valve spools. 18. Remove the bolts, retainer (42) and tilt control valve spool assembly (41).19. Remove the bolts, retainer (39) and lift control valve spool (40). 20. Remove bolt (49), spacer (46), spacer (45) and spring (47).21. Remove spring (44) and spacer (48) from valve spool (43). 22. Remove screw (54), spacer (55), spacer (53), spring (52) and spacer (51) from tilt control valve spool (50). 23. Remove the bolts and two flanges (56). 24. Install a 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolt (61) and remove plugs (60).25. Remove O-ring seals (59), springs (58) and valves (57).Tilt And Lift Control Valve (9J7035)

1. Install plug (3) and the O-ring seal. Tighten the plug to a torque of 42 4 lb.ft. (58 5 N m).2. Install valve (2), spring (1), O-ring seal (4) and the plug. Do the same for the other valve. 3. Put two flanges (5) in position and install the bolts. 4. Put spacer (7), spring (8), spacer (9) and washer (10) in position on valve spool (6).5. Install screw (11) in the valve spool. 6. Put spacer (17), spring (13), spring (16), spacer (14) and spacer (15) in position on valve spool (12).7. Install bolt (18) in the valve spool. 8. Put the valve spools in position and install retainers (19) and the bolts. 9. Connect two linkages (20) and (21) to their respective valve spools. 10. Put bracket (22) in position and install the bolts. 11. Put two O-ring seals and body (25) in position and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 60 2 lb.ft. (80 3 N
