Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Apply Tooling (C) to the upper land and the lower land on the unit injector sleeve.

Position unit injector sleeve (1) in the cylinder head assembly. Use Tooling (B) and a hammer in order to seat the sleeve.End By: Install the electronic unit injectors. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Electronic Unit Injector - Install".
