A 1U-7505 Transmission Jack 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install hub (10).
Install dowels (9).
Install discs (8) and plates (7).

Attach Tooling (A) to parking brake housing (6).
Install parking brake housing (6) on the transmission. The weight of parking brake housing (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install two bolts (5) in parking brake housing (6). Remove Tooling (A).

Install remaining bolts (5) in parking brake housing (6).
Install yoke (4) and the O-ring seal on the transmission shaft.
Install bolt (3). Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 120 20 N m (89 15 lb ft).
Install yoke (1) on the differential.
Connect hose assembly (2) on the parking brake housing.
Fill the power train system with oil. The capacity of the power train system is 47 L (12 US gal). End By:
Install the drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
