Remove Tooling (F). Apply Tooling (H) to bolts (24). Install bolts (24). Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 150 25 N m (110 18 lb ft). Turn bolts (24) and additional 70 5 degrees. Connect tube assembly (23).

Install bottom guard (22).

Install boot (21), retainer (20), and clamp (19). Install rod (16). Install hose and fitting assemblies (17) and (18).

Install cover (15) and bolts (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D). The weight of Tooling (D) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb). Remove bolts (8) and plate (9). Drive pin toward the boom to remove Tooling (D).
Remove pin (13) and Tooling (D).

Attach a suitable lifting device to cylinder (10). The weight of cylinder (10) is approximately 147 kg (324 lb). Position cylinder (10) on Tooling (C). Install pin assembly (13).

Position cylinder (10), as shown. Drive the boom pin into position. Install plate (9) and bolts (8). Connect grease hose assembly (7).

Connect hose assemblies (12).

Remove final drive cover (2). Install sun gear (4). Apply Tooling (A) onto sealing edge of cover (2). Install cover (2). Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (1). Install and tighten drain plugs (3) Refill with oil.End By:
