Place hex shaft (23) through the bench and into Tooling (H) .

Attach Tooling (K) to the pressure reducing valve manifold, as shown.
Set the torque level for the bench. Refer to the Tool Operating Manual, NEHS0673 for setting the torque level.
Torque the locknut to 6500 250 N m (4794 184 lb ft).
Remove the upper half of Tooling (H) .

Raise the temperature of gears (17) .

Use Tooling (D) in order to install retaining ring (16) .

Install Tooling (A) in order to install piston (6) .

Install springs (5) and spacer (4) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to retain spacer (4) .
Use Tooling (C) in order to remove retaining ring (3) .
