Tighten the bolts to 37.0 to 39.9 N m (27.3 to 29.4 lb ft).
2 h2 461-9130 Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the nut of the clamp assembly:
Before assembly, lubricate the threads with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
1. Ensure that gaps between clamp halves are equal on both sides.
2 . Tighten the nut to 12.0 to 12.8 N m (106.2 to 113.3 lb in).
3. Gently tap around the band clamp.
4. Again, tighten the nut to 12.0 to 12.8 N m (106.2 to 113.3 lb in).
