PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Release all of the hydraulic pressure from the system prior to the replacement of the valve. Refer to the disassembly and assembly manual for the correct procedure.
2) To avoid system contamination, use caps and plugs on all ports when removing the lines and hoses from the valve.
3) Remove the existing travel by-pass valve and replace it with a new 367-9241 Solenoid Valve Group. Refer to Image 1.1.1 for the location of the valve.
4) Reconnect all lines and hoses.
5) Test the machine travel speed and perform a travel calibration as needed.
6) Check for leaks on all of the connections.
