(1) Part of the Hydraulic Test Bench Tooling.Start By:
Remove the Hydraulic Oil Pump (Hydrax).

Secure the hydraulic oil pump to Tooling (A) or a suitable fixture.
Remove cap (1) and the gasket.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Measure relief adjustment screw (3) dimension for assembly purposes.
Remove nut (2), the gasket, and relief adjustment screw (3).

Remove poppet (4) and spring (5) from relief adjustment screw (3).

Remove bolts (6) and section (7).Note: Do not hit the sections hard or use a screwdriver to pry apart, doing so may damage the mating surfaces.

Remove pins (8) and O-ring seal (9) from section (7).

Remove section (10).Note: Do not hit the sections hard or use a screwdriver to pry apart, doing so may damage the mating surfaces.

Remove O-ring seal (11) from section (10).
Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press to remove bushings (12) from section (10).

Remove section (13).Note: Do not hit the sections hard or use a screwdriver to pry apart, doing so may damage the mating surfaces.

Remove O-ring seal (14) from section (13).
