The old label is located on the right rear valve cover. Please remove this label (similar to image1) and replace it with the new label (similar to image2).
In order for a new label to be issued please fill out the Caterpillar on-line replacement label request form. Refer to the attached Rework Procedure to access the web address for the on-line replacement label request form.
IMPORTANT When filling out the on-line request form, it is imperative to reference this program number as the reason for replacing the label.

Dear Caterpillar Product Owner:
The emission control labels on the 2007 build 08C, 3512, 3512C, and 3516C constant speed engines listed below need to be replaced with labels containing corrected language and data. New labels will be issued for your specific serial number(s). The replacement will be done by your local Caterpillar dealer. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 28Feb2008 when scheduling this service.
