Remove Ejector Carrier Rollers
1. Use a hoist to lift the weight of the ejector off the rollers. 2. Remove lock bolt (1).3. Use a chisel to open the bracket enough for removal of roller. 4. Remove roller (2).Install Ejector Carrier Rollers
1. Use a chisel to open bracket enough for roller installation. 2. Install roller (1). 3. Turn shaft (3) so clearance between bottom of ejector and floor is .03 to .24 in. (0.8 to 6.1 mm).4. Install lock bolt (2).5. Check clearance between ejector and sides of bowl. Clearance must be .38 .25 in. (9.7 6.3 mm).Disassemble Ejector Carrier Rollers
start by: a) remove carrier rollers for ejector 1. Remove bolts (2) and cap (1). 2. Remove cotter pin, nut (4) and washer (5).3. Remove shaft (3) and one bearing cone from roller.4. Remove seal, bearing cone and cups from roller using a hammer and punch.Assemble Ejector Carrier Rollers
1. Install large bearing cup in roller using tooling (A).2. Install small bearing cup in roller using tooling (C). 3. Put bearing cone (2) in position in roller (3) and install seal (1) using tooling (B).4. Install seal (1) with lip toward large bearing cone (2).5. Put multipurpose grease on bearing cones and in space between the bearing cones. 6. Put shaft (4) in position in roller. 7. Install bearing cone (5), washer (6) and nut. Tighten the nut hand tight. Loosen the nut if needed and install cotter pin. Make a bend of the legs of the cotter pin.8. Install cap on roller.end by: a) install carrier rollers for ejector
