Attach a suitable lifting device to rear sweep assembly (4). Remove bolts (5), washers (6), and retainers (7).
Remove rear sweep assembly (4). The weight of rear sweep assembly (2) is approximately 56 kg (124 lb).

If necessary, remove bolts (10) and the washers from front sweep assembly (2). Remove supports (9) and mounts (8).

If necessary, remove mounts (11) from rear sweep assembly (4). Installation Procedure

If necessary, install mounts (11) into rear sweep assembly (4).
Prior to installation, apply Tooling (E) to mounts (11).

If necessary, install mounts (8) and reposition supports (9). Install the washers and bolts (10) into front sweep assembly (2). Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
Prior to installation, apply Tooling (E) to mounts (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear sweep assembly (4). Reposition rear sweep assembly (4). The weight of rear sweep assembly (2) is approximately 56 kg (124 lb).
Install retainers (7), washers (6), and bolts (5). Remove any suitable lifting devices.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to front sweep assembly (2).

Attach Tooling (C) to the suitable lifting device. Attach Tooling (B) to Tooling (C).
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to front sweep assembly (2). Repeat on the other side.
Reposition front sweep assembly (2). Install bolts (3) onto both sides of the machine. The weight of front sweep assembly (2) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb).

Install the washers and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft). Remove Tooling (A) and any suitable lifting devices.
