(1) Tool (A), Tool (B), and Tool (C) are all part of the 198-4240 Digital Pressure Indicator Gp.
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in ECO mode or low idle.

Select "Main Menu" (3) on the machine display.
Select "Machine Setup" (4).

Select "Engine Spd Sw" (5).

Select "ECO" (6) or "Low" (7).

Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.

Unlock latch (9) and open engine compartment door (10) on the right side of the machine.

Mark the electrical connections. Disconnect solenoid electrical connections (11).

Remove the plugs from port "X1" (12) and port "X2" (13). Install one Tool (D) in the port "X1". Install other Tool (D) in the port "X2".
Assemble the tooling. Connect Tool (C) to Tool (B). Make two sets of Tool (C) and Tool (B).
Connect Tool (B) to Tool (A).
Connect one Tool (C) to Tool (D) in port "X1" (12). Connect second Tool (C) to Tool (D) in port "X2" (13). Reset Tool (A) to read differential pressure.
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Place the engine in high idle.
Operate the hydraulic system until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature of 45 °C (113 °F).
Record differential pressure on Tool (A). Differential pressure should be less than 260 kPa (38 psi).
If, differential pressure is less than 260 kPa (38 psi) go to Step 19. If the pressure is greater than 260 kPa (38 psi), go to Step 17.
Illustration 9 g06154671Note: Small movement of the adjustment screw can result in a large pressure change. Hold the adjustment securely in place when loosening the lock-screw.
Loosen lock-screw (14). Watch pressure on Tool (A). Rotate adjustment screw (15) until the differential pressure is less than 260 kPa (38 psi).
Hold adjustment screw (15), and tighten lock-screw (14).
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
Remove tooling from Tool (D) in port "X1" (12) and port "X2" (13). Install plugs in port "X1" and port "X2".
Remove Tool (D) from port "X1" and from port "X2". Install plugs in port "X1" and port "X2".
Connect solenoid electrical connectors (11).
Close the right engine compartment door.
