1. Put bucket (1) in a flat position on the ground.2. Fasten chains and a hoist to bucket (1). Remove bolt (2), washer and spacer.3. Remove pin (3) and link assembly (4).4. Remove bolts (5), washers and spacers holding lower bucket pins (6) and washers from the bucket and the loader frame.Remove bucket (1). Weight of the bucket is 410 kg (900 lb).Install Bucket
Put 5P960 Multipurpose Grease in pin bores before assembly. 1. Fasten chains and a hoist to bucket (1) and put bucket in position on the lift arms. 2. Use the same amount of washers (2) on the inside of each of the lift arms (3) as needed to put the lift arms in the center of the bucket assembly.3. Install pins (4) and install the spacers, washers and bolts that hold pins (4) in place. 4. Put link assembly (5) in position on the bucket and install pin (6).5. Install spacer, washer and bolt that holds pin (6) in place.
