Information:
A. Counter And Eccentric Weight Replacement
1. Slide counter weight (C) onto weight shaft.2. Slide eccentric weight (A) onto weight shaft and align marks made at disassembly. For complete eccentric weight realignment procedure contact RayGo Service Dept, Mpls. Minn.3. Plug weld eccentric weight to weight shaft.B. Rubber Mount Replacement
1. To replace rubber mounts (2) a 2" square metal tube with a width of 21/4" and a thickness of 1/8" is needed.2. Take three pieces of steel (3/16 x 1/2 x 11/4") and weld to the 2" square tube where indicated.3. On the opposite end of the tube cut into the corners 1/4" and bend the four sides out so they flare.4. Take a piece of 21/2 x 21/2 steel and drill a hole in the center large enough to accommodate a 1/2" x 7" bolt.5. Coat inside of special tool with soapy water and drive mount into tool.6. Coat inside of mount casing with soapy water.7. Take a 1/2" x 7" bolt with washers (diminishing in size) and run it though the mount.8. Fix the assembled tool to the mount casing adding the 21/2" x 21/2" steel plate and a nut.9. Hold nut with wrench and turn bolt until mount is forced into casing as far as it will go. 10. Reverse the special tool assembly and turn the 1/2" x 7" bolt until the mount is centered in the casing. Remove special tool. 11. Assemble keys (1C) to pins (1B).12. Align holes in counter weight with holes in mounts.13. Using a nylon or rubber mallet drive assembled pins (1B) and keys (1C) into rubber mounts.14. Replace the four washers (1A) and four snap rings (1).C. Pin Replacement
1. Using a pry bar lift the counter weight up and block so pivot pin holes are away from eccentric weight shaft.2. Using a mallet and a smooth body 1/2" x 1" bolt drive short brass bushings (7) into pivot pin holes.3. Drive long brass bushing (7A) into rod end of weight.4. Coat locking shaft (6) with a film of molycoat "G".5. Using a mallet and a smooth body 3/4" x 1" bolt drive pin partially in.6. Insert locking shaft (6) into center hole of weight shaft.7. With center hole of pivot pin in line with upper spring pin hole of lacking shaft, drive pivot pin through locking shaft.8. Drive spring pin (4) into upper hole in locking shaft.9. Drive spiral roll pin (3) into lower hole of locking shaft.10. Take actuator rod (coated with molycoat "G") slide it through rod end of weight assembly. The rod must slide through locking shift with relative ease.11. If difficulty is encountered in sliding of rod, shims should be welded under spiral roll pin (3) to compensate.12. Weight assembly can now be installed in drum.D. Actuator Rod Disassembly (303A & 304A)
1. Remove spring pin (1) from knob (2). Remove knob.2. Remove ball plunger (3) from end cap (4).3. Remove end cap (4) from the actuator rod assembly (5 & 5A). Remove wiper ring (6) from
