Install the safety bolt that holds the counterweight frame to the winch base before any hydraulic lines from the flow control valve are disconnected.
It is not necessary to remove the oil from the hydraulic tank to remove the flow control valve.1. Remove floor plates on right side of the seat of the operator. 2. Disconnect hydraulic line (1) and remove bolts (3) to remove flow control valve (2).Install Flow Control Valve
1. Put flow control valve (1) in position on junction block and install the bolts that hold it.2. Connect hydraulic line and install floor plates.Disassemble And Assemble Flow Control Valve
1. Remove spring (1), valve (2) and O-ring seal (3) from flow control valve. Inspect O-ring seal and make a replacement if necessary.2. Install O-ring seal on valve body.3. Install valve and spring into valve body.end by:a) install flow control valve
