d. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.e. Carefully loosen the plugs at the rear of the tilt cylinder. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two plugs. To release the pressure in the attachment cylinders, carefully loosen the two large plugs near the plugs at the top of the loader frame. When the oil stops draining, tighten the two large plugs.f. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank.g. The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released.4. Drain the oil from the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 125 liters (33 U.S. gal). 5. Disconnect tube assembly (1) for the ether starting aid group.6. Remove two bolts (2).7. Remove plate (3) from above the implement pump. 8. Disconnect four hose assemblies (4) and two tube assemblies (5) from the implement pump and the transmission oil pump. 9. Fasten a hoist to implement pump and transmission oil pump (7) as shown.10. Remove two nuts (6) that hold the implement pump and transmission oil pump to the housing for the torque converter. Remove the implement pump and transmission oil pump as a unit. The combined weight of the two pumps is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).11. Remove the two bolts and washers that hold the transmission oil pump to the implement pump. Separate the two pumps. The weight of the implement pump is 68 kg (150 lb). The weight of the transmission oil pump is 14 kg (30 lb).12. Remove the O-ring seals from the pumps. The following procedure is for the installation of the implement pump.13. Check the condition of all O-ring seals used for the installation of the implement pump. If any of the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.14. Connect the transmission oil pump to the implement pump.15. Fasten a hoist to implement pump and transmission oil pump (7), and put it in position in the torque converter housing. Install the two washers and nuts (6) that hold it.16. Connect four hose assemblies (4) and two tube assemblies (5) to the implement pump and the transmission oil pump in their original locations.17. Reinstall plate (3) and two bolts (2) that hold it.18. Connect tube assembly (1) for the ether starting aid.19. Fill the hydraulic oil tank with oil to the correct level. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.20. Start the machine, and check the operation of the hydraulic system.
