Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the assembly procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install gasket (16) on cover (15).

Use six bolts (14) to install cover (15) onto motor assembly (1).

Install coupling (13) onto cover (10).
Install gasket (11) and gasket (12) on cover (10).

Use six bolts (9) to install cover (10) to motor assembly (1).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Install the following items into pump assembly (3): ball (4), spring (5), screw (6), gasket (7) and nut (8).

Use four bolts (2) and the lock washers in order to connect pump assembly (3) to motor assembly (1). End By:
Install the electric drive pump (parking and secondary brake release). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Electric Drive Pump (Parking and Secondary Brake Release) - Install".
